Types of Vehicle Storage

Depending on your location, many storage facilities offer covered and/or outdoor vehicle storage. Covered vehicle storage offers additional protection against the elements, while outdoor storage is generally lower-cost.

Outdoor Vehicle Storage

Outdoor storage is simple and affordable and is a great alternative to less secure street or driveway parking. Note, however, that this type of storage does not provide extra protection against the elements – be sure to only place vehicles that are fully and securely covered in uncovered parking spaces. Outdoor storage is a particularly good option for short-term parking and storage during mild weather seasons.

Can I Change To A Different Size Storage Unit?

Yes.  If your needs change, we’ll make every effort to facilitate your move to the unit that best suits your needs.

How Do I Provide The Required 30 Day Move Out Notice?

You may stay in a unit as long as you would like.  Our rental agreement language is based on a month-to-month tenancy, however, we do have  three month minimum policy.  We may be able to offer a shorter tenancy with prior approval.  We only require a 30 day termination notice prior to the end of the month.  Submit your 30 day termination notice via our ‘Contact Us’ tab in top right corner of our webpage.

What Size Storage Units Do You Have?

We offer a wide variety of sizes ranging from 5x5 all the way out to 14x45.  We have a unit size to meet all of your needs.  Our smallest units are great for storing boxes and clothing while our biggest sizes can hold the furnishing of an entire house or even a motorhome.  You can see all our unit sizes on our website.

What Terms Apply To Promotional Pricing?

A minimum stay of six months is required.  If you stay less than the minimum, the discount will be forfeited.  Applies only to new customers and is not available on transfers or additional units.

What Is The Procedure For Vacating A Unit?

Provide us with the 30 day termination notice, remove all items, sweep the unit clean, close the door and take your lock.  Your unit door must be left unlocked.

Can I Inspect A Storage Unit Prior To Renting?

Yes.  Please call us to make arrangements to view a unit.  We are happy to help you find the right size unit that meets your needs.
