They were very helpful, I never felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I truly appreciate their service! Thank you. The storage facility is clean and secure. I worked with Vanessa and Chad on renting a unit for my daughter. The timeframe I had to work with was very short. They were extremely accommodating! We then realized after moving her to the unit we rented that we needed a different unit. Again they were very helpful and easy to work with. They made the switch seamless. If I need additional storage in the future they will be the only place I will go. I would highly recommend if you are in need of a unit to check them out!!

Super clean facility. Heavy duty pin pad gate. Easy access. Multiple sizes. Very easy to set up online. Fair prices. I only had to use mine for a few months, with no issue. And when you call you're even able to talk to a real person, the owner, who's very helpful as well! Definitely recommend!

Talk about EASY !! The owner is a Delightful person, who made renting this storage unit a Breeze ! The units are New, Clean, and Huge for the price. I am so glad I found SIMPLY STORAGE in Hastings, MN before I settled on another less Fabulous unit. Gated, camera-installed, Clean, Easy to access, 24hour access, and Payable by internet. He has thought of Everything ! Worth 10 STARS ...OR MORE ....!!
